2 front teeth to show the results after Icon Smooth Surface treatment to improve white spot lesions.

The patient had no upper teeth. Dr. Abel placed 4 implants in the upper jaw. Dr Scott Pearl had a temporary denture ready for the patient. After 4 months of healing a final implant overdenture was made. With 4 implants the denture did not need acrylic on the roof of the mouth which helped with chewing and speaking. The patient is finally able to eat again!

All-on-X implants. The patient initially had no teeth and wore conventional loose dentures. 6 implants were placed for the upper and 7 for the lower and fixed implant bridges were fabricated.

4-implant upper overdenture. The patient had a poorly fitting upper denture. Dr. Adam Abel placed 4 implants in the upper jaw and Dr. Scott Pearl made an implant overdenture. The new denture can be taken out to be cleaned but has excellent retention. The patient no longer has plastic cover the roof of his mouth and no denture adhesive is needed.

The patient was struggling with a conventional upper denture and desired more retention and less gagging. Dr. Adam Abel placed 4 zygomatic implants and Dr. Scott Pearl created a fixed implant bridge for excellent function that is much more comfortable.

Periodontal disease led to loss of the 2 front teeth. Dr. Adam Abel placed 2 dental implants and Dr. Scott Pearl created 2 implant crowns to restore the look and feel of real teeth and a great smile.
